Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment via Canada Post. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Shipping Policy

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our pieces. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll do our best to make it right. See our Refund Policy for details. Refund Policy

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes β€” all earring posts are surgical steel, which is suitable for most sensitive ears. If you have a known metal allergy, please check with your doctor before wearing.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Keep your pieces dry β€” avoid wearing in the shower or swimming. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and lotions. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

Can I get gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping. Simply mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.

Do you take custom orders?

Not at this time. All available designs are listed in our shop. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on new releases. @purelyclayful

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

My order hasn't arrived β€” what do I do?

First check your tracking link. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local post office. If it's genuinely lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help file a claim with Canada Post.
