Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Because each piece is handmade, some orders may take an additional day to prepare.
During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.
Delivery Times
Orders within Canada are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days from the ship date. Add 1–3 business days for processing. All times are estimates — actual delivery may vary depending on carrier volume and your location.
Rate: $8 CAD flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD.
Carrier
We primarily ship via Canada Post. Carrier may vary based on package size and destination. All shipments include tracking.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the notification.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please review our Refund & Return Policy for full details on lost and damaged shipments.
- Lost: Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery date. We will assist with a Canada Post claim — resolution is subject to the carrier investigation.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it if the order has not yet shipped.
